- Security deposit required, to be discussed.
- The TENANT is responsible for any damage not resulting from normal wear and tear.
- The TENANT must take out civil liability insurance before the keys are handed over.
- The TENANT must provide their own credit check and a letter of employment.
- The TENANT may not make any changes to the premises without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD.
- The TENANT may not sublet the premises without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD.
- Pets must be authorized by the LANDLORD.
- The alarm system may be activated by the TENANT at their own expense.
- The garage must be kept at a minimum temperature of 10 degrees.
- Two parking spaces are reserved for Pièce d'auto GC, along the commercial building belonging to it.
- Colors may not be dark, except for those existing at the time of signing the lease.
- Smoke-free zone: NO SMOKING, no consumption of legal or illegal drugs. No cultivation of cannabis.
- At the end of the lease, the LESSEE must return the property in the same condition as it was received at the beginning of the lease.
